Northridge High School Reviews

We are very disappointed with the acedemic and leadership of this school. The Vice Princeipal in general is very rude and doesn't seem to have much concern about the children's education. The state gives out reports of how schools are performing and this school does not rank very high. We would like to caution parents and have them check out the school performance, before you let your child attend after doing so I am sure you will deside to take them to a alternative school. We as parents need to stick together because we need to make sure our children get properly educated and this school will not help your child get the proper education since they are lacking in academic's and leadership.

the quality of academic programs is very poor. there is no follow-up of academic programs and the students grades reflect the poor standard of education in this school. making the honor roll here is equal to getting D's in another school. the high school always ranks as one of the lowest in the state on the state report cards. their academic programs are lower than the city of dayton public schools which was ranked the worst school district in the state of ohio 3 years ago. now the dayton city schools rank higher than the northridge schools. this year (2006) the northridge school district will rank lower than dayton public schools.

The children at this school have major behavior issues. The school does nothing to stop children from leaving school and the assistant principle is quite rude when you have an issue to talk to him about.
