They are cultivating individuality and confidence in their students. On another note, it is one of the most ethnically and socioeconically diverse schools in Montgomery County (OH). I'd like to see more preparation in coursework for college with the middle school age students through those high school aged teens. Other feedback: Parents are involved and engaged. Incidents of unruliness and other negative behaviors are few and far between. Very mannerable students overall. They are creative throughout the learning process and are expected to perform and compete in the arts arena. They have been very successful in both of these endeavors giving the student the advantage of a different way of thinking. My children have come from a Montessori and a private college prep school to Stivers and both have excelled. Parents are very involved and it is this that augments the childs desire to succeed. Hats off to the Stivers team for creating a place that allows students to 'GIVE THEIR BEST PERFORMANCE'!”
