Sebastian Maniscalco Location: Dayton Funny Bone 88 Plum Street @ the Greene Dayton, Ohio 45440 Starts at: 10:00 PM This is not an all day event Description: Dayton Funny Bone Sebastian is one of today's hottest rising comedians. His deliberately paced, vaguely seething style has audiences around the country laughing in anticipation at what he might say next about his daily observations. As a child growing up in Chicago, Sebastian was a huge fan of the greats such as John Ritter, Don Rickles and Johnny Carson. He began his comedic journey at home using dinner time as his stage. He told stories about friends and school to his family and realized he had an innate ability not only to make people laugh but to hold their attention. He got his first taste of stand up in 1994 when he won a comedy contest at his Alma Mater (Northern Illinois University) where he opened up for a national headliner. He then trained at the renowned Second City in Chicago before moving out to Hollywood where he made his debut at the World Famous Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip. Sebastian's first big break came with a national TV appearance on the Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn (CBS) followed by a featured performance at the 2004 HBO Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO. A second appearance on the Late Late Show was soon followed by a spot on Comedy Central's Premium Blend. Vince Vaughn (Wedding Crashers, Swingers) tapped Sebastian to be featured on the Vince Vaughn Wild West Comedy Show, a 30 city 30 show tour across the United States and was filmed as a documentary for release in theaters Feb. 08. On Friday and Saturday, for the 10pm shows, we offer our Late Night Laughs Package.
