Description:
The Second Annual Rally Against Poverty, “Surviving the Storm,” is Saturday, May 24, at noon in W.C. Macintosh Park, corner of Riverview Ave. and Edwin C. Moses Blvd. in Dayton. Guest speaker is Dayton native C.B. Schooler, author of “More Than Entertainers: An Inspirational Black Career Guide,” which received the NAACP Image Award for outstanding literary work in the youth/teen field. Entertainment, food.
